Exchange and Refund Policy
- We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed stuffs with tags within 15 Days of buying for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return things with a copy of the your cash on delivery slip and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges are not refundable
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive the returned products.
- All returns should be sent to the address written on our Cash on delivery slip.
- We have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. Attention: we can’t accept the exchange or cancelling after your order has been shipped.
